How are points calculated?

Points are awarded automatically after each race event (Session Type: R) based on the final position.

By default, we use the standard Formula 1 points system for the top 10 finishers:

P1: 25 P2: 18 P3: 15 P4: 12 P5: 10 P6: 8 P7: 6 P8: 4 P9: 2 P10: 1
What are Weekly Championships?

Our system automatically groups races into weekly championships per track.

  • A 'Week' starts on Monday (00:00) and ends on Sunday (23:59).
  • If you race multiple times a week on the same track, every race counts towards your total score for that week.
  • This ensures constant competition even if you only have time for a few quick races.

To create a fair ranking on the Dashboard, we use a weighted algorithm called the 'Hub Score'. It consists of three pillars:

Performance (50%)

Your ELO-based skill rating. Winning against strong opponents increases this value significantly.

Safety (40%)

Your SA rating. It starts at 1000. Each incident (Collision, Cut) reduces it. Clean drivers stay at the top.

Clean Win Bonus (10%)

Special reward: Each victory (P1) with ZERO incidents grants a massive +50 points boost to your Hub Score.

Note: To appear in the 'Top Rated' ranking, you must have completed at least 3 races (Type: R) with at least one finished lap.

Our server logs everything. The following actions affect your Safety Rating (SA):

  • Collisions: Heavy contact with other cars is penalized most severely.
  • Track Limits (Cuts): Repeatedly leaving the track for an advantage reduces SA and can lead to session penalties.
  • Pit Lane Speeding: Failure to respect pit speed limits is recorded as an incident.

A 'Clean Race' is one where the system records 0 incidents for you. These are the foundation for a high Safety Rating.
