How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected on the one hand by you communicating it to us (e.g. by contact via e-mail). Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website (e.g. technical data such as internet browser, operating system or time of the page view).

In addition, we process publicly available data from game servers (Assetto Corsa Competizione), which is generated by your participation in races on our servers.

2. Hosting & Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

External Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Bootstrap CDN (jsDelivr)

We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) from jsDelivr to load CSS and JavaScript libraries (Bootstrap) faster. The provider is Volentio Jelenia Gora, Poland. When you access our page, your browser loads the required files from jsDelivr's servers. The provider thereby becomes aware that our website was accessed via your IP address.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (Legitimate interest in a fast and secure presentation of our online offer).

3. Data Collection on this Website

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Hostname of the accessing computer

This data is not merged with other data sources.

Processing of Game Data (Assetto Corsa Competizione)

This website provides statistics and leaderboards for the racing simulation "Assetto Corsa Competizione". When you play on our servers ("GamersParadise"), the following data is automatically logged by the server software and published on this website:

  • Driver Name: The first and last name chosen by you in the game.
  • SteamID64: A unique identifier of your Steam account. This is needed to assign lap times and statistics to your profile.
  • Vehicle Data: Vehicle model used, race number, team name.
  • Performance Data: Lap times, sector times, rankings, accidents/penalties (incidents).

Legal basis: The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (Legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in providing a competitive platform, evaluating race results and promoting community activity ('Gamification').
Objection: If you do not want your data to appear here, you must stop using our game servers. Subsequent deletion is possible upon request, but leads to the loss of all stored progress.

4. Plugins and Tools

Google Fonts

This site uses so-called Google Fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. Google thereby obtains knowledge that this website was accessed via your IP address. Only through this active action is a connection established to the Discord servers. Discord thereby receives the information that you have visited our site.
